IslandFlow came out of GTS Bahamas in Freeport, not a boardroom overseas. We run our own company on it every day.
Why it exists.
Ty Graham Wells was born and raised in The Bahamas, went away for college and an American career, and has worked between the two ever since. Thirty years of building companies: Global Tech Systems, running fire, security and secure courier from Freeport with a Nassau office looking after Baha Mar’s life-safety contract, and Mobile Go, the platform Bahamians use to top up and manage their mobile service.
He needed software that knew what a bonded sale was and what NIB wanted at month-end. Nothing off the shelf did, so he built the local workflows into the same system his own team uses for everyday work. GTS runs its business operations on IslandFlow, in both offices.
