What should I confirm about the price?
Eligibility for the founding rate, any setup or migration work, payment and messaging charges, tax treatment, and renewal or cancellation terms. GTS confirms all of it before you subscribe.
Can I bring my existing records?
Yes, from supported CSV and Excel exports, including QuickBooks exports. Start with a small sample, check the records, dates and totals, and approve the import only when they match. A file import is not a live connection to another app.
Will IslandFlow file my returns for me?
No. It organises your records and prepares local reports. You, or your adviser, review the figures and submit the filings. Check with the relevant authority which obligations apply to you.
Do I need a finished business idea to start?
No. Business Advisor lets you start with an idea and keep the unknowns open. Software setup and any licences your business needs are separate steps.
What should I check before relying on it every day?
Walk through your own sales, jobs or payroll with GTS. Talk about staff access, exports and backups, devices, payment terminals, internet outages and the support you need.
Do I have to buy anything to talk to someone?
